Nabil Fekir has refused to rule out a possible move to Liverpool FC from Lyon this summer.

The Reds have been heavily linked with a move to bring the 24-year-old attacker to Anfield in recent days as Jurgen Klopp looks to strengthen his squad ahead of next season.

Fekir has been in fine form for Lyon this season and he netted 18 goals in Ligue 1 for the French side in a sparkling campaign.

Liverpool FC are likely to be on the lookout for attacking reinforcements this summer as they look to fill the void left by Philippe Coutinho’s exit to FC Barcelona back in January.

Now, Fekir has responded to the speculation about his future by insisting that he is not sure where he will end up playing his football next season.

Speaking to French outlet RTL, Fekir replied when asked if a move to Liverpool FC could be on the cards: “Why not?

“Later there can be discussions with the president, with my entourage, to make a decision. In life, nothing can be forbidden.”

Meanwhile, Liverpool FC are currently preparing for their crunch Champions League final showdown against Real Madrid in Kiev on Saturday night.

The Reds – who finished fourth this season – head into the game looking to win their first major trophy since Jurgen Klopp’s appointment at Anfield back in October 2015.
