The Reds are in third place in the Premier League table but the Merseyside outfit still aren’t assured of a top-four finish with one game to go.
Liverpool FC lost 1-0 to Chelsea FC at Stamford Bridge on Sunday evening after Olivier Giroud scored a first-half winner in west London.
The Reds are in the Champions League final thanks to a 7-6 aggregate win against La Liga giants Real Madrid in the semi-final.
Liverpool FC will have the small matter of a home clash against Brighton and Hove Albion at Anfield next weekend needing a win to secure a top-four finish.
The Reds are short on options in midfield after Emre Can and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain picked up injuries in recent months.
However, former Liverpool FC striker Bellamy believes the Reds will look to reinforce their defence in the summer transfer window.
“Liverpool FC won’t be selling anyone, especially up top,” Bellamy told Sky Sports.
“They have Keita coming in. I can see a goalkeeper and a centre-half coming in.”
Liverpool FC haven’t won the Premier League title but the Reds finished in second place in 2002, 2009 and 2014.
The Merseyside outfit are looking to win the Champions League for the first time since 2005.
The Reds beat AC Milan on penalties in Istanbul in 2005 before the Italian giants were 2-1 winners against Liverpool FC in Athens in 2007.
