The Merseyside outfit will have to get past current holders Real Madrid in the Champions League final in Kiev later this month.
Salah will face the five-time Ballon d’Or winner Crisitano Ronaldo in the Champions League showpiece.
Former Liverpool FC star Bellamy believes Salah will dethrone Ronaldo as Europe’s best player if Liverpool FC win the Champions League.
“I believe he has had that good a season if Liverpool win the Champions League, which he has chance of doing, he will have a great chance to win it,” Bellamy told Sky Sports.
“Ronaldo has attacked the Champions League. He is Ballon d’Or driven.”
Salah has scored 43 times in all competitions in the 2017-18 season to leave him four goals shy of Ian Rush’s record.
