The midfielder has struggled with a string of injury problems this season and he has only been limited to one Premier League start for the Merseyside outfit.
Lallana will be hoping to make his return to action for the first team before the season is out as the England international bids to prove his fitness ahead of the World Cup.
The 29-year-old travelled to Italy with his team-mates for Liverpool FC’s Champions League clash against AS Roma last week, although he did not feature for the Reds.
And Klopp has revealed that the midfielder is making good progress, as he confirmed that the Reds did not suffer any fresh injury concerns in Wednesday night’s game.
Speaking at his post-match news conference, Klopp said: “From [Wednesday night], all should be OK. It is the first game for weeks that nothing happened in the game.
“Adam [Lallana] trained [on Thursday morning] with the squad players and looked good.
“But the normal season is only one-and-a-half weeks, a very intense one-and-a-half weeks. Nothing else.”
Klopp is currently preparing his Liverpool FC side for their crunch Premier League clash against Chelsea FC at Stamford Bridge on Sunday afternoon.
The Reds are in third place in the Premier League table as they look to try and finish in the top four this season and secure their spot in the Champions League for next term.
