Fabinho looked to be in high spirits after completing his transfer to Liverpool FC from Monaco on Sunday.

The Brazilian became the Reds’ first signing of the summer on Sunday after having been heavily linked with a move to Anfield in recent days.

The 24-year-old has penned a long-term contract with the Reds as the Merseyside outfit moved quickly to complete their first signing of the summer.

Fabinho will officially become a Liverpool FC player on 1 July when the transfer goes through.

The Brazil international looked to be pleased to be posing in his new Liverpool FC gear over the weekend as he begins to settle into life at his new club.

Fabinho will be looking to help Liverpool FC challenge for the Premier League title next season after the Reds finished fourth in the table this term.

Liverpool FC are still searching for their first trophy under Jurgen Klopp after they slumped to a disappointing 3-1 loss to Real Madrid in the Champions League final in Kiev on Saturday night.

The Reds are likely to be linked with a number of other players this summer as they bid to try and build a squad capable of challenging Manchester City next season.
