The Reds have been in fine form this season and they head into their Champions League final showdown with Real Madrid at the end of the month after having secured their place in the top four in the Premier League.
Liverpool FC have been earning huge amounts of praise for their strong performances under Jurgen Klopp this season and the Reds have been making significant progress under the German manager.
The Merseyside outfit now have their sights firmly set on beating Real Madrid to win the Champions League trophy and prevent the Spanish side from winning the competition for the third year running.
Firmino says he has been delighted with his form for Liverpool FC this season but admits that there is always room for improvement as he and his team-mates target the Champions League trophy.
Speaking in an interview with Uefa, Firmino said: “This year is my best year as a professional footballer… [but] I am still a little bit ‘restless’, as I always want more, to grow and grow even further.
“[It would be] a unique moment [to win the final]. It’s a very special trophy, because it’s the Champions League.
“If we’re fortunate enough to be able to win it, it will be a very emotional moment for me and the whole team.”
Liverpool FC are still seeking to win their first trophy under Klopp since his appointment as Brendan Rodgers’ successor at Anfield back in October 2015.
The Reds finished in fourth place in the Premier League table this season.
