Jurgen Klopp makes Naby Keita Liverpool FC decision ahead of Champions League final – report
Liverpool FC want Naby Keita to travel to Kiev to watch the Champions League final this month, say reports
Jurgen Klopp will invite Naby Keita to attend the Champions League final ahead of his move to Liverpool FC this summer, according to reports in the British media.
The Daily Express is reporting that the Reds boss is planning to get the Guinea international to link up with his new team-mates and watch the game in Kiev on 26 May.
Keita is poised to become a Liverpool FC player this summer and will officially be unveiled as the Reds’ first signing of the transfer window at the end of the season, after they agreed a deal with RB Leipzig to sign him last year.
The midfielder will not officially become a Liverpool FC player until the end of the season, but the report says that Klopp wants Keita to come and watch his new team-mates in action when they take on Real Madrid in the Champions League final later this month.
Liverpool FC booked their place in the final in style thanks to their impressive victory over AS Roma in the last four.
The Reds, who appointed Klopp at Anfield back in October 2015, are aiming to end the campaign on a high by winning the Champions League this season and also finishing in the top four.
