Simon Mignolet opens up about his Liverpool FC future

Simon Mignolet has insisted that he remains committed to Liverpool FC despite the speculation about his future at the club.
The Belgian goalkeeper has lost his place in the first team at Anfield in the second portion of the season, with Jurgen Klopp preferring to deploy Loris Karius up front for the Reds.
Mignolet and Karius had been fighting for the starting spot in goal in Klopp’s team, but it seems that the German manager has now settled with his compatriot as his top choice.
There is now bound to be plenty of speculation linking Mignolet with a move away from Anfield this summer as he considers a switch to get some more regular playing time.
However, the goalkeeper himself has insisted that he remains fully committed to the Merseyside outfit, pointing out that he still has three years left on his current contract at Anfield.
Mignolet is quoted as saying by the Daily Mirror: “That [the future] is not really something I am thinking of. I have three years of a contract.
“There will be a lot of speculation about my name because I am not playing but I am not really thinking about it.”
Liverpool FC finished in fourth place in the Premier League table last season and they will be looking to mount a serious title challenge next term.
The Reds have earned plenty of praise for their attacking displays under Klopp, and Liverpool FC fans will feel that their side are not too far away from being able to challenge for the title with the right signings this summer.
