Mohamed Salah has insisted that he is very happy at Liverpool FC following his sparkling form for the Merseyside outfit.

Salah signed for the Reds from AS Roma last summer and has been one of European football’s top performing players after an incredible debut campaign at Anfield.

The 25-year-old 43 goals and made 13 assists in all competitions for the Reds this season to help Liverpool FC into the top four in the Premier League.

Salah was voted as the PFA player of the year by his fellow colleagues following his impressive debut campaign at the Anfield outfit.

His incredible form is likely to spark speculation linking him with a move away from Anfield in the summer transfer window, despite the Egypt international having only signed last year.

However, the player himself has now insisted that he is happy at Anfield and doesn’t appear to be considering his future.

Salah told Liverpool FC’s website: “I’m very happy here, I’m very happy and everything is fine,” he told the Liverpool Echo.

“We have two games now, starting with a game on Sunday. It’s a very important game and then the Champions League final but I’m very happy here.

“Of course, I have got ambitions for the future with Liverpool. As you can see, we had a great season and now we are in the Champions League final and everyone is excited.”

Former Chelsea FC star Salah will be hoping to help Liverpool FC book a top four finish on Sunday by avoiding defeat against Brighton at Anfield.

The Reds will then turn their attentions towards their crunch Champions League final clash against Real Madrid in Kiev on Saturday 26 May.
