There have been suggestions that the France international could be a transfer target for the Reds this summer as Jurgen Klopp looks to strengthen his squad.
Fekir has been in fine form for Lyon this season, with the 24-year-old having scored 17 goals and made seven assists in 28 Ligue 1 games for the Ligue 1 side.
Liverpool FC are likely to be linked with a host of players this summer as Klopp looks to assemble a team capable of challenging for the Premier League title next term.
However, Fekir has now moved to play down suggestions that a deal for him to join Liverpool FC could be on the cards.
Fekir was quoted as saying by Metro over the weekend: “There’s nothing for the moment. I’m still at Lyon.
“There are two matches left. We’ll prepare for them in the best possible way. At the end of the season, we’ll see, but for the moment, there’s nothing.”
Meanwhile, Liverpool FC are aiming to book their place in the top four for next season when they take on Brighton and Hove Albion in their final top flight game of the campaign on Sunday.
The Reds will then switch their attentions back towards preparing for their crunch Champions League final showdown against Real Madrid at the end of the month.
