Pep Guardiola makes prediction about Liverpool FC next season
Pep Guardiola is expecting to see Liverpool FC challenge for the Premier League title next season

Pep Guardiola is backing Liverpool FC to be one of the main contenders for the Premier League title next season.
The Reds have earned plenty of praise for their strong performances under Jurgen Klopp this term, although they have fallen short of challenging for the title this year.
Liverpool FC are still aiming to end the campaign on a positive note by beating Real Madrid in the Champions League final at the end of the month.
The Merseyside outfit are then likely to significantly bolster their squad in the summer transfer window as Klopp looks to try and assemble a team capable of winning the title next term.
And Manchester City manager Guardiola is backing the Reds to be one of the main contenders for the Premier League title next season in what looks set to be an ultra-competitive campaign in the top flight.
Speaking at a news conference on Friday, Guardiola said: “This season they were a big contender and they will be again next season.
“I will not say just Liverpool, but it’s true – Liverpool, [because of] the way they play and the quality of their players, not just up front.”
Liverpool FC will travel to Kiev to take on Real Madrid in the Champions League final on Saturday 26 May.
The Reds are still aiming to win their first trophy under Klopp since his appointment at Anfield back in October 2015 as Brendan Rodgers’ permanent successor.
