Spanish TV programme El Chiringuito, as quoted by the Daily Star, is reporting that the Reds have already struck an agreement to sign the 23-year-old defender on a temporary deal for the whole of next season.
Mina joined FC Barcelona from Brazilian outfit Palmeiras back in January but he has been limited to just five appearances in all competitions for the La Liga side.
