Emre Can makes Liverpool FC demand to sign new contract – report
The Liverpool FC star wants a contract release clause to be included in any potential new deal, according to a report

Emre Can is demanding a release clause be included in a proposed new Liverpool FC contract but the Reds are reluctant to meet the German’s demands, according to a report in England.
The Daily Mirror is reporting that the Germany international is open to committing his future to the Merseyside outfit but Can wants a release clause to be included in any potential deal.
Liverpool FC have been reluctant to include such clauses in contracts for their squad, although Roberto Firmino was though to have such a term in his old contract before penning a new deal last month.
The same article states that the Reds would prefer to avoid the inclusion of a contract release clause to avoid other members of their squad following the precedent set by Can.
The Daily Mirror goes on to reveal that Can is being tracked by a number of top European clubs ahead of the 2018 summer transfer window.
Serie A giants Juventus have been linked with a move to sign Can over the past few months, while Bayern Munich have been touted as another potential destination.
Liverpool FC will be without Can for their clash against La Liga side Real Madrid in the Champions League final in Kiev later this month.
