Jurgen Klopp has told Naby Keita that he is welcome to attend the Champions League final between Liverpool FC and Real Madrid later this month.

The Guinea international is set to officially become a Liverpool FC player in June when his transfer from RB Leipzig to the Merseyside outfit officially goes through.

Liverpool FC agreed a deal to sign Keita this summer last year, and the midfielder is set to become a Reds player ahead of next season.

Klopp’s side are currently preparing for their crunch Champions League final showdown against Real Madrid in Kiev at the end of the month as they bid to win their first trophy under the German manager.

And Klopp has sent a message to Keita saying that he would be welcome to join the Liverpool FC side’s travelling party to watch the game later this month.

Speaking at his news conference after Liverpool FC’s loss to Chelsea FC on Sunday, Klopp said: “If Naby wants to come to the final, then he is invited.”

Liverpool FC, meanwhile, are first aiming to secure their place in the top four of the Premier League this season by beating Brighton and Hove Albion in their final top flight game of the season at Anfield on Sunday afternoon.
