The Red Devils are likely to be busy in the summer transfer window as Jose Mourinho looks to assemble a squad capable of winning the Premier League title next season.
Manchester United are bound to be linked with a host of players in the coming weeks and months but there is also likely to be some uncertainty about some Red Devils players’ futures.
Fellaini is one player whose future is up in the air, with the Belgian midfielder out of contract this summer and yet to sign a new deal at Old Trafford.
And Arsenal legend Nicholas feels that Fellaini is likely to be one of four players to be shipped out by the Red Devils this summer.
Speaking to Sky Sports, Nicholas said: “Well after scoring the winner against Arsenal I’m not his biggest fan!
“He was one of the players who was brought in for the sake of it under a desperate David Moyes, but we can see he’s not technically good enough to stay at United.
“If they’re going to bring in a few other players this summer then you’d think he’d be part of the sale along with Luke Shaw, Juan Mata and Marcos Rojo.”
Manchester United are on course to finish second in the Premier League this season as runners-up to Manchester City.
The Red Devils have not won the Premier League title since Sir Alex Ferguson’s final campaign in charge in the 2012-13 campaign.
Manchester United will also aim to finish the season on a high when they take on Chelsea FC in the FA Cup final later this month.
