Jose Mourinho approves Man United star’s summer transfer to Juventus – report
Jose Mourinho has given his permission to sell Man United star Anthony Martial to Juventus, according to a report in Italy

Jose Mourinho has issued his backing for Anthony Martial’s proposed move to Juventus from Manchester United this summer, according to a report in Italy.
Italian media outlet Tuttosport, as quoted by the Daily Star, is reporting that the Manchester United manager has run of patience with the France international and Mourinho has made the decision to sell Martial.
According to the same story, Serie A giants Juventus are in pole position to sign Martial after Mourinho gave his permission for the 22-year-old to leave the club.
The same article states that Manchester United chief executive Ed Woodward is reluctant to lose the France forward that he signed from AS Monaco in a £36m deal back in 2015.
However, Woodward is prepared to back Mourinho’s decision despite Martial’s undoubted potential and talent.
Martial has scored nine goals and has made five assists in 18 starts and 12 substitute appearances in the Premier League this season.
The France star has struggled to hold down a regular starting spot in Mourinho’s team since the Portuguese head coach’s appointment back in 2016.
Martial netted 17 times in his first season at Old Trafford under Mourinho’s predecessor Louis van Gaal.
The Juventus target has won the Europa League, the FA Cup and the League Cup during three seasons at Old Trafford.
