Paul Pogba breaks silence on Man United exit talk
Paul Pogba responds to speculation about his long-term future at Manchester United
Paul Pobga has broken his silence on his Manchester United future after the midfielder was recently linked with a transfer away from Old Trafford.
The French midfielder has found himself under scrutiny this season in what was his second campaign back at Old Trafford.
Pogba started the season strongly but his form tailed off in the middle of the campaign as he found himself to be in and out of the first team under Jose Mourinho.
His lack of playing time at certain points has prompted speculation that he could be set to leave Manchester United in search of regular first team football.
However, Pogba regained his spot in the team in the second portion of the campaign and was even handed the captain’s armband by Mourinho at times.
Now, Pogba has remained coy when quizzed about his future, with the midfielder offering little insight into his situation when quizzed about it after the FA Cup final defeat by Chelsea FC.
Speaking in an interview with Canal Plus, Pogba said: “Stay at United? You’re never sure of anything. Contractually, it’s on, yes.”
Manchester United slumped to a disappointing 1-0 loss to Chelsea FC in the FA Cup final on Saturday as they ended the season without a trophy.
