Unai Emery could be set to sell Alexandre Lacazette in a shock deal after becoming Arsenal’s new manager, according to reports in Turkey.

Turkish outlet Fotomac, as quoted by TEAMtalk, is reporting that the Spanish manager could be set to stamp his authority at The Emirates by approving a deal for Arsenal to sell the striker.

The same story says that Emery does not rate the French striker particularly highly and is looking to offload him this summer.

Lacazette only signed for Arsenal from French side Lyon last summer.

According to the same article, Turkish giants Fenerbahce are planning a bid to sign Lacazette, who could be replaced at The Emirates with the signing of Valencia attacker Rodrigo.

Arsenal are believed to be on the lookout for a number of new signings this summer as they bid to try and build a squad capable of breaking back into the top four next season.

The north London side endured a disappointing final campaign under Arsene Wenger as they finished in sixth place in the Premier League table and without a trophy, missing out on qualification for the Champions League.
