Caglar Soyuncu will make a final decision about his future this weekend amid the speculation linking him with Arsenal, according to reports in the British media.

Turkish-Football, as quoted by the Daily Express, is reporting that the Freiburg centre-half will make a final decision about his future after Eid on Sunday.

The same report says that the 22-year-old defender is on Sven Mislintat’s transfer hit list this summer as he looks to bolster Unai Emery’s squad ahead of the Spaniard’s first campaign in charge at the club.

And now it is being claimed that the defender will decide which club he will join this summer after Ramadan ends this weekend.

Arsenal are believed to be on the lookout for a number of new signings this summer as they bid to build a squad capable of winning the Premier League title next season.

The north London side have already secured the signing of defender Stephan Lichsteiner to bolster their squad at the back this season.

Emery is looking to put together a team capable of challenging for the Premier League title next season after the Gunners ended up in sixth place in the table last term and without a trophy.
