Morata endured something of a difficult first season at Chelsea FC after having signed for the Blues from Real Madrid in the summer transfer window last year.
The 25-year-old initially made a solid start to his Blues career, but his form tailed off in the second half of the season after he suffered a back injury midway through the campaign.
Morata ended up falling behind January signing Olivier Giroud in the pecking order at Stamford Bridge in the second portion of the campaign as he struggled for both form and fitness.
His lack of playing time and generally disappointing debut campaign in England has inevitably prompted speculation about his future at the west London club.
Morata was spotted in Turin in recent days, with the Spaniard having spent two season at Juventus before returning to Real Madrid.
However, the striker has moved to play down the significance of that visit by insisting that his situation at Chelsea FC has not changed.
Morata told Italian outlet SportMediaset: “We’re here to attend a birthday party.
“Right now I don’t know anything about my future. Right now I’m just thinking about my holidays.”
Chelsea FC did manage to end the season on a positive note as they claimed a 1-0 win over Manchester United in the FA Cup final at Wembley last month.
