Chelsea FC could move to sign AS Roma star this summer – report
Chelsea FC could make a move to try and sign Alisson from Real Madrid this summer, say reports
Chelsea FC will make a move to try and sign Alisson from AS Roma this summer if Real Madrid land Thibaut Courtois, according to reports in the British media.
Sky Sports is reporting that the Blues are likely to try and make a bid to sign the Brazilian goalkeeper this summer if Real Madrid try to tempt Courtois to the Bernabeu.
Courtois’ future at Stamford Bridge has been something of a source of speculation recently because the goalkeeper’s contract is set to expire at the end of next season.
The Belgium international is yet to commit to a new contract with Chelsea FC and Real Madrid are said to be interested in signing the shot-stopper this summer.
Should that happen, the Blues will reportedly turn to trying to sign the 25-year-old Brazilian Alisson from AS Roma.
The same article says that Liverpool FC, who have also been strongly linked with a move for Alisson this summer, are set to end their interest in the goalkeeper because of AS Roma’s £80m valuation.
Chelsea FC are likely to be on the lookout for a number of new players this summer as they look to build a squad capable of winning the Premier League next season.
