The 27-year-old playmaker and his Blues team-mates endured something of a disappointing campaign last term when they ended up in fifth place in the Premier League table and missed out on Champions League qualification.
The west London side did manage to end the season on a positive note by beating Manchester United in the FA Cup final at Wembley back in May to finish the campaign with a trophy.
Hazard has long been linked with a move away from the Stamford Bridge club, and his future is likely to be a fresh source of speculation this summer after the Blues missed out on Champions League qualification.
And the Belgian playmaker has admitted that he will keep a close eye on the comings and goings at Stamford Bridge this summer before making a decision about his future.
Asked whether his Chelsea future was linked to who is in charge of the club and the players that are signed this summer, Hazard told a news conference while on Belgium duty: “Yeah, I want to know. I want to know, but like I say I am focused on the World Cup.
“If we have something new – manager or players – it is always good to know it because I want players that can [help bring success back to] Chelsea next season.
“But to be fair the transfer market is not here [in full flow] yet. We will see after.”
