Chelsea FC could be set to lose Jonathan Panzo to Monaco in the summer transfer window, according to reports in France.

French outlet RMC Sport, as quoted by Metro, is reporting that the Ligue 1 side are keen on a move to bring the 17-year-old to France this summer.

According to the same story, Monaco have an agreement in place with Chelsea FC to sign the promising centre-half for a fee of £2.5m including bonuses.

And that could reportedly see them complete the deal to sign the teenager this week.

According to the same article, Englishman Panzo is said to have already informed Chelsea FC of his decision to leave the west London club this summer.

Meanwhile, Chelsea FC are yet to confirm any new signings this summer as they look to bolster their squad ahead of next season.

The west London side have been linked with a host of players but are yet to officially announce any new recruits as they look to build a team capable of winning the Premier League next season.

The Blues finished fifth in the Premier League last term as they missed out on Champions League qualification, but they did end the campaign on a positive note by winning the FA Cup.
