Liverpool FC will look to complete a deal to bring Nabil Fekir to Anfield from Lyon in the next 10 days, according to reports in the British media.

The Daily Mirror is reporting that the Reds have not yet tabled an official bid to sign the 24-year-old despite the speculation in recent days.

However, it is claimed in the same story that the Merseyside outfit will now look to ramp up their efforts to try and land Fekir in the coming days as the player himself is keen to get his future resolved before the start of the World Cup in Russia on 14 June.

Liverpool FC have already confirmed their first signing of the summer after concluding a deal to bring Brazilian midfielder Fabinho to Anfield from Monaco.

It is now widely expected that Liverpool FC will look to ramp up their summer recruitment drive as Jurgen Klopp looks to strengthen his squad ahead of next season.

The same story says that contrary to other reports, there has not yet been an official bid from Liverpool FC for Fekir, who Lyon value at around £50m.

Liverpool FC ended the season in disappointing fashion when they were beaten 3-1 by Real Madrid in the Champions League final.
