The Reds completed a £39m deal to sign the Brazil international from Ligue 1 side AS Monaco last week.
Liverpool FC snapped up Fabinho despite the versatile midfielder being previously linked with a move to bitter rivals Manchester United.
The 24-year-old won the Ligue 1 title and helped AS Monaco to reach the Champions League semi-finals in 2016-17.
Fabinho spent on season on loan at Real Madrid and he played under former Chelsea FC boss Jose Mourinho at The Bernabeu.
ESPN FC pundit Moreno believes Fabinho will prove a good addition to the Liverpool FC team ahead of the 2017-18 season.
“He gives you depth,” Moreno told ESPN FC. “He gives you flexibility.”

The Reds finished in fourth place in the Premier League table to secure Champions League football for a second successive season.
