Italian outlet Calciomercato is reporting that the Serie A side are getting closer to landing the Germany midfielder, who is out of contract this summer.
Can’s situation at Anfield has been a relentless source of speculation in recent weeks as he approaches the end of his contract at the Merseyside club.
Liverpool FC were understood to be keen to get the 24-year-old to pen a new deal at the club but they have so far failed to agree fresh terms with the midfielder.
Now, it is being claimed that Juventus are poised to complete the signing of Can on a free transfer, with the midfielder set to sign a four-year deal with the Italian club.
According to the same story, the deal is all but finalised, with the midfielder now only needing to undergo a medical with Juventus to complete the switch.
Liverpool FC, meanwhile, have already confirmed their first signing of the summer transfer window after having wrapped up a deal to bring Brazilian midfielder Fabinho to Anfield from Monaco last week.
Liverpool FC finished fourth and without a trophy last season.
