Liverpool FC line up bid to sign quality 25-year-old Brazilian – report
Liverpool FC have made a bid to try and sign goalkeeper Alisson from AS Roma, according to reports
Liverpool FC have made a £57m move to try and sign Brazilian goalkeeper Alisson from AS Roma this summer, according to reports in Brazil.
Brazilian outlet Terra, as quoted by the Daily Mirror, is reporting that the Reds have tabled a huge bid for the 25-year-old shot-stopper, despite other claims that the deal was off the table.
Liverpool FC are believed to be on the lookout for a new goalkeeper this summer as they aim to try and bolster their squad ahead of next season.
According to the same story, Alisson has not been at the top of Liverpool FC’s transfer wish-list this summer, but they have turned to the Brazilian because Atletico Madrid star Jan Oblak is not attainable.
The story in the Brazilian media now says that Liverpool FC have made a big move to try and bring Alisson to Anfield this summer as they look to strengthen their options between the posts ahead of next season.
Liverpool FC have already completed their first signing of the summer transfer window by tying up a deal to bring Brazilian midfielder Fabinho to the Merseyside club from Monaco earlier this month.
The Reds finished fourth and without a trophy last season.
