The Reds have been heavily linked with a move to sign Lyon attacker Fekir in the summer transfer window.
The Merseyside outfit have funds to spend after the Reds sold Philippe Coutinho in a £142m deal from FC Barcelona in the January transfer window.
Liverpool FC have already signed Brazil international Fabinho from AS Monaco to bolster their options in the middle of the park.
The 18-time English champions are keen to secure Fekir’s signature ahead of the World Cup in Russia.
The 24-year-old scored 18 times and made eight assists in 30 appearances in the French top flight last season.
Sky Sports News reporter Wright believes Fekir would be a great addition to the Liverpool FC team given Klopp’s style of play.
“He is a good goal-scorer. He has good physical attributes,” Wright told the Transfer Talk podcast.
“He plays with high intensity and a lot of energy. In that sense, it is easy to see why he has been linked with Liverpool. He would be a good fit in the team.”
Liverpool FC finished in fourth place in the Premier League table last term to secure a Champions League spot for the second successive season.
