The 25-year-old’s future at Old Trafford has been something of a source of speculation in recent months due to his patchy form for the Red Devils last term.
Pogba started last season strongly but he came in for criticism for failing to produce consistent performances for Manchester United last season as they ended up second in the Premier League.
There were also reports of a potential falling-out between Pogba and Jose Mourinho at Old Trafford, and his future has been a talking point so far this summer.
Now, football consultant McGarry has claimed that Manchester United could indeed be willing to cash in on Pogba this summer if the right transfer fee arrived.
Speaking on the Transfer Window podcast, McGarry said: “My information is there is a certain degree of consent from Man United if they could achieve a fee that they bought Pogba or more, then they would be willing to look at alternatives for Pogba next season.”
Pogba is currently on international duty with France at the World Cup.
Meanwhile, Manchester United completed their second signing of the summer last week when they officially announced a deal to land Brazilian midfielder Fred from Shakhtar Donetsk.
The Red Devils finished second in the Premier League and without a trophy last season.
