Manchester United are lining up a £60m bid to try and sign Willian from Chelsea FC this summer, according to reports in the British media.
The Daily Mail is reporting that the Red Devils are keen on a move to bring the Brazilian attacker to Old Trafford for a reunion with his former manager Jose Mourinho.
Mourinho brought Willian to England from Shakhtar Donetsk five years ago and the Red Devils have been touted as a possible destination for the attacker recently following his lack of playing time for the Blues.
Willian has made secret of his frustration at his lack of playing time at Chelsea FC under Antonio Conte recently, and it now seems that a move to Manchester United could well be on the cards for the 29-year-old.
Manchester United are believed to be on the lookout for attacking reinforcements this summer as Mourinho looks to assemble a squad capable of winning the Premier League title next season.
The Red Devils finished in second place in the Premier League table last term and without a trophy after Chelsea FC beat the Red Devils in the FA Cup final.
Manchester United have not won the Premier League title since their triumph back in 2013.
