Duncan Castles confirms 26-year-old wants Man United move
Reporter Duncan Castles claims Juventus defender Alex Sandro is interested in a move to Man United

Alex Sandro wants to swap Juventus for Manchester United in the summer transfer window, Duncan Castles has claimed.
The Premier League giants have regularly been reported as big admirers of Sandro over the past 12 months.
England international Luke Shaw has struggled to impress on a consistent basis since his move to Old Trafford from Southampton in 2014.
Manchester United were thought to be facing competition from Chelsea FC for Sandro but the Blues’ interest appears to have waned.
Indeed, Sandro is unlikely to move to the west London side given the current uncertainty surrounding their manager Antonio Conte.
The 20-time English champions are rumoured to have made attempts to sign the Brazil international given his uncertain future in Turin.
Jose Mourinho has been regularly critical of Shaw following the England international’s lacklustre performances at Old Trafford.
Sunday Times reporter Castles claimed that Manchester United are trying to be clever in their handling of a deal for Sandro this summer.
“Man United are boxing clever when it comes to Alex Sandro,” Castles told the Transfer Window podcast.
“They are aware Juventus want to sell the player. They are asking over £60m for him.
“They have been aware of Man United’s interest over the past six months. They know the player wants to go there.”
Manchester United haven’t won the Premier League title since 2013 when Sir Alex Ferguson was still in charge at Old Trafford.
France international Patrice Evra was the regular left-back in Manchester United’s most recent title-winning team.
