Brazil media outlet Globo Esporte, as quoted by Sport Witness, is reporting that Fred and his representatives are ready to sign a long-term deal with the 20-time English champions.
The same article states that Fred had his medical at Carrington training ground after he helped Brazil to ease to a 2-0 win over Croatia in their friendly at Anfield on Sunday.
According to the same story, Fred and his agents were impressed with Manchester United’s facilities and the 25-year-old is ready to agree to a move to the Red Devils.
However, Globo Esporte expect the summer target to pen a deal with Manchester United in the club’s London office having travelled to the English capital.
