Hirving Lozano is being tipped to shine in the Premier League amid links to Arsenal and Liverpool FC
Hirving Lozano is ready for a transfer to the Premier League amid reported interest from Arsenal and Liverpool FC, according to the Mexico starlet’s national team manager.
The 22-year-old Mexico international has been touted as a target for both Liverpool FC and Arsenal in recent months after his impressive form for PSV Eindhoven.
Lozano hit the headlines on Sunday when he scored the winner for Mexico in their victory over Germany at the World Cup in Russia.
And his national team manager Carlos Osorio is backing Lozano to enjoy a strong future, claiming that he is ready for a move to the English top flight.
Speaking to Sky Sports, Osorio said: “Hirving, since he moved to PSV Eindhoven, I think he has made the next step up. He’s an unbelievable prospect.
“His pace, his ability to take people on makes me believe that he is a player that will go very far, hopefully he can show that in the next game.
“I just think that whoever takes a chance on him will do well. His pace and again his ability to take people on, he can play in any league and any place.
“I think he will be able to – and he has the tools to play – in the Premier League.”
Arsenal are believed to be on the lookout for a number of new signings this summer as they look to build a squad capable of challenging for the Premier League in Unai Emery’s first campaign at the club.
Liverpool FC, meanwhile, are also thought to be keen to bring in a number of new players ahead of next season as the Reds look to try and build a squad capable of winning the Premier League title next season.
The Reds finished fourth and reached the Champions League final under Jurgen Klopp last term.
