Matteo Guendouzi has dropped a big hint that he could be set to move to Arsenal this summer by ‘liking’ a post on Twitter suggesting that the transfer is imminent.

The north London side have been strongly linked with a move to sign the 19-year-old defender from French outfit Lorient in recent days as Unai Emery continues to bolster his squad ahead of next season.

Arsenal are believed to be on the lookout for a number of new signings this summer and Guendouzi has been touted as a target for the north London side.

Now, the teenager himself has dropped a big hint that a move to The Emirates could be on the cards by ‘liking’ a post claiming that the deal is virtually already done, as reported by Metro.

Arsenal are looking to rebuild their squad this summer as Emery prepares for his first season in charge since taking over from Arsene Wenger at The Emirates.

The north London side have not won the Premier League title since 2004 and they finished in sixth place in the table and without a trophy last season.

Arsene Wenger opted to stand down as manager after almost 22 years at the club last term.
