Tiemoue Bakayoko reacts to Chelsea FC’s sacking of Antonio Conte

Tiemoue Bakayoko had a special message for Antonio Conte after his Chelsea FC exit

Tiemoue Bakayoko has taken to social media to pay tribute to Antonio Conte after the Chelsea FC boss’s sacking over the weekend.

The Blues parted company with the Italian manager on Saturday to pave the way for Maurizio Sarri to take over at Stamford Bridge this summer.

Sarri was confirmed as Chelsea FC’s new manager shortly after Conte’s departure was announced, with the new boss moving quickly to sign Jorginho from Napoli.

Conte brought Bakayoko to Stamford Bridge from Monaco last summer and the midfielder endured a mixed debut campaign in England.

However, the midfielder was still quick to pay tribute to the departing boss after his exit was confirmed this weekend.

Bakayoko posted the picture above on his personal Instagram account and wrote the caption: “Thanks for all Boss I wish you the best for your future projects! Take care of yourself and your family 🙏.”

Conte leaves Chelsea FC having led the Blues to Premier League glory in his first campaign at the club and the FA Cup title last season.

The west London side will be aiming to challenge for the Premier League title next season as they look to try and bounce back from their disappointing fifth-placed finish last term.

Chelsea FC will have to settle for Europa League football in Sarri’s first campaign at the club.
