The Evening Standard is reporting that the Blues are closing in on deals for both the Juventus defender and CSKA midfielder Golovin as they look to assemble a team capable of at least breaking back into the top four next season.
The same report says that Chelsea FC have also entered into negotiations with AS Roma over a deal to sign Brazilian goalkeeper Alisson Becker as the future of Thibaut Courtois continues to be a source of speculation.
The west London side are still thought to be on the lookout for a number of new signings this summer, with Chelsea FC yet to officially confirm any new arrivals, or who will be their manager next season.
The same story also claims that Chelsea FC will listen to offers for Brazilian attacker Willian if a bid in excess of £70m arrives.
It remains to be seen who will be in charge of the Blues next season as the speculation about Antonio Conte’s future at the club continues.
