The 27-year-old’s situation at Stamford Bridge has been a relentless source of speculation recently amid reports that he is a summer target for the La Liga side.
Hazard has long been linked with a transfer to Real Madrid, and that speculation has resurfaced again this summer after Chelsea FC finished in fifth place in the Premier League table last term and missed out on Champions League qualification.
Now, the former Lille star has once again sparked fresh speculation linking him with a move to Real Madrid by admitting that he would still be tempted by a move despite Zinedine Zidane’s departure.
Speaking in an interview with beIN Sports, Hazard said: “Does Real make me dream less without Zidane? Zidane is someone special it’s true, but I think Real is everyone’s dream.
“Zidane or no Zidane, the white jersey [of Real] is special but the blue jersey suits me well so it does not bother me if I stay.
“For now, it’s the World Cup. As I have said at least 100 times, I am in Chelsea and for the moment nobody has made me an offer.”
Chelsea FC finished fifth in the Premier League table but managed to win the FA Cup last season after beating Manchester United in the final.
The west London side will be looking to break back into the top four next season at the very least after a disappointing second campaign under Antonio Conte at Stamford Bridge.
