Website football.london is reporting that the the Italian boss is still the front-runner to take over from Antonio Conte at Stamford Bridge ahead of next season, despite there having been no official word from Chelsea FC.
The futures of both Hazard and Willian have been constant sources of speculation this summer.
The Brazilian struggled to hold down a regular spot in the first team at Stamford Bridge last season, while Hazard has been touted as a target for Real Madrid after Chelsea FC missed out on qualification for next term’s Champions League.
Now, the same report says that Sarri has made it clear to Chelsea FC officials that they must keep hold of both of the attacking players ahead of his first campaign in charge at Stamford Bridge.
At the very minimum, Chelsea FC will be looking to break back into the top four next season after they finished in fifth place last term.
The Blues did manage to end last season on a high, however, as they beat Manchester United in the FA Cup final.
