Chelsea FC face competition from Real Madrid and Bayern Munich for Christian Pulisic, say reports
Chelsea FC face competition from Real Madrid and Bayern Munich in the race to sign Christian Pulisic from Borussia Dortmund this summer, according to reports in the British media.
The Daily Mail is reporting that both Real Madrid and Bayern are interested in signing the highly-rated teenager this summer as they look to bolster their squads ahead of the new campaign.
According to the same story, the 19-year-old is Bayern’s number one target to replace Arjen Robben and Franck Ribery as they look to add some young fire-power to their squad.
Real Madrid are also being credited with an interest in signing Pulisic, and the same report says that the European champions are weighing up a move because they are aware that Chelsea FC may not sell Eden Hazard to them this summer.
Chelsea FC are said to be among the English clubs to have registered an interest in signing Pulisic as the Blues prepare for their first season under Maurizio Sarri.
Pulisic has also been touted as a target for Liverpool FC in the past and Reds boss Jurgen Klopp recently admitted that he is a keen admirer of the USA international.
According to the same report, Pulisic is valued at around £60m by Dortmund.
