Chelsea FC would sell Willian to Man United on one condition – report
Chelsea FC are keen on a deal to sign Anthony Martial from Man United, according to reports
Chelsea FC would be willing to let Willian move to Manchester United this summer – but only if they were able to sign Anthony Martial as part of the deal, according to reports in the British media.
The Daily Telegraph is reporting that the Blues would be keen on a move to sign the 22-year-old French striker this summer and they would be willing to let the 29-year-old Willian move to Old Trafford as part of the deal.
Willian’s future at Stamford Bridge has been a big source of uncertainty in recent weeks after he was linked with a move away from the west London club due to his lack of playing time at Stamford Bridge last season.
Manchester United have long been linked with a move to sign Willian, but according to the same story, the Blues would only consider doing business if they were able to get Martial as part of the deal.
The France international has been linked with a switch away from Old Trafford after struggling to hold down a regular playing spot at Manchester United under Jose Mourinho last season.
Manchester United are believed to be on the lookout for a number of other signings this summer after having already tied up deals for Fred and Diogo Dalot.
