The Blues are facing a potential battle to keep Courtois at Stamford Bridge beyond the summer transfer window given the shot stopper has less than 12 months to run on his current contract.
Chelsea FC have been unable to convince Courtois to commit to a new long-term deal amid reported interest from Champions League winners Real Madrid in the Belgium international this summer.
Courtois is also thought to be keen to secure a return to the Spanish capital given his ex-girlfriend and two children are based in Madrid.
Real Madrid have also been linked with a potential swoop to sign Alisson, while Liverpool FC are listed as another suitor for the Brazil number one.
However, Sky Sports News reporther Sheth claimed that Chelsea FC will make a £65m bid for Alisson if Courtois does move to Real Madrid.
“There are a few scenarios,” Sheth told the Transfer Talk podcast.
“There’s one which would see Courtois stay at Chelsea and the Roma keeper Alisson go to Real Madrid because there’s an interest there.
“If Courtois gets his wish to go to Real Madrid, according to our Sky colleagues Chelsea will then bid £65m for Alisson.
Courtois has won two Premier League titles, the FA Cup and the League Cup since his return from a lengthy loan spell at La Liga giants Atletico Madrid in 2014.
