N’Golo Kante sends message to Chelsea FC board about PSG interest – report
N'Golo Kante tells the Chelsea FC board won't force a move to PSG this summer, according to a report
N’Golo Kante has told the Blues board that he will not force a move to Paris Saint-Germain from Chelsea FC in the summer transfer window, according to a report in France.
French media outlet Le10 Sport, as quoted by Metro, is reporting that Kante has reassured the Chelsea FC hierarchy that he will not force through a move to PSG.
The same article states that Kante doesn’t want to cause trouble at Stamford Bridge and the defensive midfielder is willing to let Chelsea FC decide whether to accept a big-money offer from PSG.
According to the same story, the west London side are prepared to reject any offers from Ligue 1 champions PSG in the 2017 PFA player of the year award this summer.
Chelsea FC appointed Maurizio Sarri as their new manager at the weekend after Antonio Conte was axed following a disappointing 2017-18 Premier League season.
The new Blues manager have also signed Italy international Jorginho in a £57m deal to improve his options in the middle of the park ahead of the new Premier League campaign.
However, Chelsea FC have no intention of selling Kante despite the addition of Jorginho to their squad.
