The Brazil international is facing an uncertain future at the west London side following intense speculation linking Willian with a move to Manchester United.
Willian fell out of favour under Antonio Conte in the final months of the Premier League season before the South American hit out at Antonio Conte on social media.
However, the Blues finally sacked the Italian head coach last week before appointing his compatriot Maurizio Sarri as his permanent successor at Stamford Bridge.
La Liga champions FC Barcelona have been linked with a swoop to sign the South American playmaker to complement Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez.
Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho was also thought to be interested in a deal to sign Willian from Chelsea FC this summer.
Spanish football expert Hunter confirmed that FC Barcelona are keen to sign the South American playmaker.
“There have been discussions,” Hunter told the Transfer Talk podcast. “He 100 per cent fits how Barcelona would like to play….”
Willian has won two Premier League titles, the FA Cup and the League Cup since his move to Chelsea FC n 2013.
