The Brazil international is facing an uncertain future at the west London side after falling out of favour under Antonio Conte.
Willian was a late substitute in Chelsea FC’s 1-0 win over Manchester United in the FA Cup final at Wembley last season.
The South American took to Instagram to have a subtle dig at his Italian head coach following their cup triumph.
Manchester United are rumoured to be interested in a potential swoop to sign Willian from the 2017 Premier League champions.
FC Barcelona are also monitoring the South American forward’s situation in the English capital.
Daily Record reporter McGarry believes Chelsea FC will sell the Brazilian should the Stamford Bridge outfit receive an offer in the region of £70m.
“The latest on Willian having spoken to people at Chelsea is they are prepared to sell,” McGarry told the Transfer Window podcast.
“The fee is £70m. He could go for slightly less.
“The club leading the chance are Barcelona. Messi and Suarez have complained they are weak on the right hand side. Barcelona are looking to strengthen.”
Chelsea FC finished in fifth place in the Premier League table last season to miss out on a Champions League spot for the second time in three seasons.
The Blues haven’t won the Champions League title since 2012 when the west London side beat Bayern Munich on penalties.
