FC Barcelona have made signing N’Golo Kante from Chelsea FC one of their top priorities this summer, according to reports in Italy.

Italian outlet Gianluca Di Marzio, as quoted by the Daily Star, is reporting that the Spanish giants are targeting a big-money move to bring the 27-year-old midfielder to Camp Nou this summer.

Chelsea FC star Kante has been in fine form for France at this summer’s World Cup and has helped his country to reach the final, where they will take on Croatia on Sunday.

According to the same story, FC Barcelona have made signing Kante one of their top priorities this summer as they look to try and assemble a squad capable of winning La Liga next season.

The same report says that Barca are willing to include Andre Gomes as part of the deal to make it more appealing for the west London club.

It is also claimed that Jorginho’s arrival at Chelsea FC this summer could have a telling impact on Kante’s future at the club.

Meanwhile, Chelsea FC will be looking to challenge for the Premier League title next season after they finished in a disappointing sixth place last term.

The west London side did manage to win the FA Cup last season, however.
