Liverpool FC have had offers from both Norwich City and Sheffield United to take Ben Woodburn on loan for next season, according to reports in the British media.

Website Goal is claiming that the Reds have had offers from both clubs as Liverpool FC ponder sending the 18-year-old out on loan to gain some valuable first-team experience.

However, the same report says that the Merseyside outfit are ready to delay a decision about Woodburn’s future as they plot the best development path for the youngster.

According to the same story, there are a host of clubs interested in signing Woodburn on loan this summer, but Liverpool FC have not yet made a decision about his future.

Both Sheffield United and Norwich City have reportedly contacted Liverpool FC, but the Reds have informed them that Woodburn will feature in their next three pre-season friendlies before they make a decision about his situation.

Meanwhile, Liverpool FC are believed to be on the lookout for a number of new signings this summer as they look to assemble a team capable of breaking back into the top four next season.

The Merseyside outfit ended up fourth and reaching the Champions League final last term.
