Sky Sports News reporter gives latest Liverpool FC transfer update on 25-year-old
Liverpool FC boss Jurgen Klopp doesn't want to sell Danny Ings this summer, according to a report

Jurgen Klopp is reluctant to allow Danny Ings to leave Liverpool FC, Sky Sports News reporter Dharmesh Sheth.
The Reds forward has struggled to hold down a starting spot in the Liverpool FC team over the past season or so.
Ings moved to the Merseyside outfit in a free transfer from Burnley in the 2015 summer transfer window.
Klopp’s predecessor Brendan Rodgers was responsible for bringing Ings to Liverpool FC before the German head coach’s appointment.
Ings suffered a serious knee problem in October 2015 and the England Under-21 international didn’t make another appearance that term.
He suffered a relapse of the injury when he made his return with a brief appearance against Tottenham in the League Cup in November 2016
Ings scored his only goal of the 2017-18 season in a 2-2 draw with West Bromwich Albion on 21 April 2018.
Sky Sports News reporter Sheth believes Klopp is desperate to keep Ings but won’t stand in the striker’s way.
“He wants to go,” Sheth told the Transfer Talk podcast. “He wants first-team football. [But] Klopp is reluctant to let him go.”
Liverpool FC have signed Brazil international Fabinho in a £39m deal from Ligue 1 side AS Monaco in the current transfer window.
The Reds have also signed Guinea international Naby Keita in a £48m switch from RB Leipzig after the two clubs agreed a deal last summer.
Liverpool FC snapped up Swiss star Xherdan Shaqiri in a £13.5m deal from Stoke City.
