The Reds signed Keita in a £48m deal from RB Leipzig earlier this month after Liverpool FC agreed a fee with the German club last summer.
The Merseyside outfit will be hoping that Keita can bolster Jurgen Klopp’s options in the middle of the park ahead of the new season.
Germany international Emre Can moved to Serie A champions Juventus from Liverpool FC last summer to leave a void in the Reds team.
Keita was one of the Bundesliga’s top midfielders over the past two seasons at RB Leipzig following his move from Red Bull Salzburg.
The Guinea international has inherited the number eight shirt from Liverpool FC legend Steven Gerrard, leaving him with big boots to fill.
Former Liverpool FC star Biscan believes Keita will be a big hit at Liverpool FC under Jurgen Klopp next term.
“I like him Naby Keita a lot,” Biscan told BetStars.
“He could be as influential as Sadio Mané was when he arrived.
“From what I’ve seen he is great on the ball and experienced enough so that hopefully he won’t need that much time to adapt to the Premier League.
“He will hopefully be able to fill the shoes of Emre Can who has gone over to Juventus. He is a great signing.”
Liverpool FC lost 3-1 to La Liga giants Real Madrid in the Champions League final at Wembley last term.
The Reds finished in fourth place in the Premier League table to ensure their continued participation in the Champions League.
