Stoke City want Liverpool FC to include Sheyi Ojo as part of a deal that would see Xherdan Shaqiri complete a move to Anfield, according to a report in England.
The Sun is reporting that the Reds are close to finalising a £13.5m deal to sign Shaqiri from the relegated Premier League side in the summer transfer window.
The same article states that Potters boss Gary Rowlett is keen to take Ojo on a season-long loan at the Britannia Stadium as Stoke look to secure an immediate return to the Premier League.
According to the same story, the Stoke manager is also keen on Liverpool FC youngster Harry Wilson but the Welsh starlet could look to stay at Anfield with a first-team opportunity a possibility.
Liverpool FC have been active in the summer transfer window so far following the addition of AS Monaco midfielder Fabinho in a £39m deal at the start of June.
The Reds have also welcomed Guinea international Naby Keita to the Anfield outfit after the Reds agreed a £48m deal with Bundesliga outfit RB Leipzig last summer.
Klopp’s side finished in fourth place in successive Premier League seasons last term to ensure their continued participation in the Champions League.
