Manchester United still have around £90m to spend on new signings this summer, according to reports in the British media.
Metro is reporting that the Red Devils still have a big transfer budget at their disposal as they try and bolster their squad significantly ahead of next season.
Jose Mourinho has already been busy in the summer transfer market, with the Red Devils having brought in Diogo Dalot, Fred and Lee Grant ahead of the Portuguese coach’s third season in charge at Old Trafford.
However, the Red Devils continue to be linked with a host of other players as they look to put together a team capable of challenging for the Premier League title next season.
Manchester United finished in second place in the Premier League table last term and without a trophy in what ended up being a disappointing campaign for Mourinho’s men.
With the Premier League transfer window set to close early this year on 9 August, Manchester United are likely to be busy in the remaining weeks as they look to get their squad in order ahead of next season.
The Red Devils are aiming to win the Premier League for the first time since their final triumph under Sir Alex Ferguson back in 2013.
